PITIP-MITIM provides independent professional services in the fields of maritime inspections, technical assessments, regulatory compliance, research and specialist consulting.

Fees are determined according to the scope, complexity and operational requirements of each assignment. Standard services are provided in accordance with the Institute's current Professional Fee Schedule, while specialized projects, research activities and international assignments are quoted individually.

Payment Terms:

Plačilo za opravljene storitve je mogoče izvesti izključno z nakazilom na TRR na podlagi izdanega računa. Gotovinsko ali kartično plačilo ni mogoče. 

Payment Terms:: Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.

Pricing Flexibility

Fees may be adjusted to reflect the specific characteristics of the vessel, the scope of sampling, the complexity of the assignment and any additional client requirements, subject to prior agreement.

A final quotation is prepared individually for each assignment, taking into account the scope of the inspection, vessel type, sampling requirements, operational conditions and any other project-specific considerations.

The professional services, technical opinions, assessments, reports and other activities provided by PITIP-MITIM constitute independent professional support and do not represent the exercise of statutory inspection, regulatory or administrative authority.

PITIP-MITIM does not issue administrative decisions, permits or other official acts that fall within the legal competence of government authorities or other authorized institutions.

All decisions relating to regulatory compliance, the issuance of permits, enforcement measures or other official procedures remain the sole responsibility of the competent authorities acting within their statutory powers.
