As part of its commitment to advancing digital knowledge resources, the Institute is developing FERN RuleFinder, an advanced digital platform for the structured discovery, navigation, and interpretation of international maritime regulations, conventions, codes, and related regulatory instruments.
The project aims to improve access to authoritative maritime regulatory information, support informed professional decision-making, and contribute to the professional development of maritime practitioners, researchers, and the wider maritime community.
